Our Philosophy
Play-based Approach
We provide a warm, play-based environment rooted in the BC Early Learning Framework. Our program supports children's growth in all areas and focuses on creating fun, meaningful experiences that foster creativity, language and literacy skills, social development, problem-solving, and outdoor exploration. It’s flexible, open, and inquiry-based, allowing each child to develop and learn at their own unique pace.
Play is a vital part of early childhood learning. Our approach to planning and implementing activities is child-centered, encouraging children to lead while we guide and support them.
We follow the directions of children and adapt activities in the classroom by observing, documenting, listening and interpreting children’s goals, theories and strategies.
