Can I have a tour of the center?
Yes! We warmly welcome families who contact us to arrange a tour of the center before enrolling. However, tours are only available by reservation. Please note that we do not allow drop-in visits without prior notice. Thank you for understanding.
Why do we have to pay even when our child is not attending?
The fees help secure your child’s spot, ensuring it remains available when they return.
They are evenly distributed over the year into 12 equal monthly payments, regardless of closures or the number of days in a given month.
This structure provides predictable costs for families while allowing us to cover ongoing expenses and maintain the quality of care and services we provide.
Why is a play-based philosophy important?
We don't want our child to just play.
We completely understand your desire for your child to learn and grow while they're here.
play-based philosophy doesn't mean children are just playing aimlessly. Instead, it's about providing them with opportunities for learning through play.
Play is a child's natural way of exploring the world around them, experimenting with new ideas, and developing important skills such as problem-solving, creativity, and social interaction.
Our curriculum is carefully designed to integrate educational concepts into fun and engaging activities, so while your child may seem like they're just playing, they're actually building a strong foundation for future learning.
I don’t want my child to take a nap. Are there other activities available?
Rest time is an essential part of a child's development, and we truly recognize its importance. Each day after lunch, all children have a designated rest time. For those who don’t fall asleep, we provide quiet time activities that they can enjoy on their mats.
We understand that some parents may prefer their children not to nap during the day. However, rest time is a healthy and important aspect of the child care routine. Play is a young child’s work, and your child engages in plenty of active play throughout the day. After a busy morning, most children naturally fall asleep during this time.
Our staff will not force a child to stay awake, nor will they wake a sleeping child too soon.
Thank you for your understanding!
